Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Zaytora Olive Mill (“we”, “us”) operates from HaTa'asiya St 9, Karmiel Industrial Zone, Israel. Questions about privacy can be sent to mill@zaytora.pro or by phone on +972 4 958 3061.

2. What we collect

• Details you enter in our forms: name, company, email, phone, the topic of your enquiry, quantities and your message.
• Order and delivery details when you buy oil: delivery address and invoice information.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
• Your cookie preference, stored in your own browser.

3. Why we use it

We use these details to answer enquiries, schedule milling slots, process orders and deliveries, and issue invoices. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis

We handle personal information in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before a contract, or on our legitimate interest in running the website securely.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies and local storage remember your cookie choice and keep forms working. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”. You can reopen the banner at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer and change your choice.

6. Third-party content

Pages embed a Google Map and load fonts from Google Fonts. When these load, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. We do not control that processing.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for 12 months. Orders and invoices are kept for 7 years, as required by Israeli tax law.

8. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example email hosting or accounting), under written confidentiality obligations, or where Israeli law requires disclosure.

9. Growers' data

For growers who mill with us we keep batch records (weight, yield, temperatures) linked to their name so we can provide reports and meet traceability requirements.

10. Your rights

You may ask to review the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to mill@zaytora.pro; we answer within 30 days.

11. Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it to reply.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
