A continuous mill built for small lots
Two extraction lines let us keep each grower's olives separate, so the oil you take home comes only from your own trees.

What happens inside the hall
Olives are crushed to paste, slowly mixed in sealed malaxers to let the oil droplets join, then separated in a decanter. We never add hot water and never exceed 27 °C — the legal threshold for “cold extraction”.
The hall has a glass wall so growers and visitors can watch their own batch.
